Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist
We are looking for a CRO Specialist to analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion across landing pages, funnels, and campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, design, and performance teams to turn insights into measurable growth.
Role Overview:
As a CRO Specialist, you will focus on improving how users move through funnels and where conversions are lost. Your role is to identify friction points, test hypotheses, and implement changes that directly impact revenue.
You will not only analyze performance, but also define how pages, creatives, and flows should be structured to convert more effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user behavior across landing pages, funnels, and campaigns
- Identify drop-off points and conversion bottlenecks
- Design and run A/B tests for pages, creatives, and flows
- Work with designers and marketers to improve UX and messaging
- Use data to validate hypotheses and guide decisions
- Optimize conversion rates across paid and organic traffic
- Build a structured approach to continuous testing and improvement
What We Expect:
- 2+ years of experience in CRO, performance marketing, or analytics
- Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion principles
- Experience with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to connect data with practical improvements
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear communication and cross-team collaboration
Nice to Have:
- Experience with landing page builders or CMS platforms
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Background in paid acquisition or growth marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar
