Creative Performance Strategist
Adspire Digital is a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on scalable growth and measurable results. We work with data, creativity, and strategy to help brands turn traffic into revenue.
We are looking for a Creative Performance Strategist who understands how creative decisions impact campaign performance. This role connects strategy, media buying, and creative execution to ensure ads don’t just look good — they convert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative performance strategies for paid advertising campaigns across digital channels
- Define creative angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks based on audience insights and funnel stages
- Work closely with media buyers to align creative direction with targeting, budgets, and scaling plans
- Prepare clear, performance-focused briefs for designers and content creators
- Plan, manage, and iterate creative testing cycles to improve CTR, CVR, and CPA
- Analyse creative performance data and identify winning patterns and concepts
- Monitor creative fatigue and proactively introduce new ideas and formats
- Research competitors, trends, and emerging ad formats to keep campaigns effective
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or paid advertising
- Strong understanding of how creatives influence conversion funnels and campaign efficiency
- Experience working with paid social or other performance-driven channels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to structure ideas and briefs clearly
- Experience collaborating with media buyers, designers, and marketing teams
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working with multiple traffic sources or international markets
- Understanding of CRO principles and landing page optimisation
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks and creative experimentation
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance dashboards
