CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who can design customer communication strategies, automate lifecycle campaigns, and optimize user engagement using data-driven insights.
About the role
At AdspireDigital OÜ, we build, launch, and scale proprietary digital platforms across international markets. As our ecosystem continues to grow, we're looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who can create personalized customer experiences that improve retention, engagement, and long-term revenue.
You'll work closely with Product Operations, Media Buying, and Data Analytics teams to develop automated communication flows that guide users throughout every stage of the customer lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize automated CRM journeys across multiple user segments.
- Design email, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies using behavioral data.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to identify engagement opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing for lifecycle campaigns.
- Monitor customer retention and reactivation performance.
- Ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with marketing metrics.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with GA4 and data reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional English proficiency.
