CRM / Retention Marketing Specialist (Email & Lifecycle)
We’re looking for a CRM / Retention Marketing Specialist to help build and optimise lifecycle communication that drives repeat purchases, retention, and LTV. You’ll partner with performance and creative teams to create smart flows, run experiments, and turn customer behavior into growth.
If you love customer journeys, segmentation, and measurable impact — you’ll feel at home here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimise lifecycle flows: welcome, onboarding, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, retention sequences
- Own campaign planning for CRM channels (email + push if applicable), aligning with business goals
- Segment audiences based on behavior and intent — and improve personalisation over time
- Work with designers/copywriters to develop conversion-focused templates and messaging
- Track performance (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per user, repeat rate) and optimize continuously
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, send times, offers, and flow logic
- Maintain a structured CRM calendar and clear reporting on learnings and next steps
What You Bring:
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — collaboration and documentation are in English
- 2+ years of experience in CRM / retention / lifecycle marketing (agency or eCommerce experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of customer journey thinking and segmentation logic
- Data-driven mindset — you can connect messaging decisions to performance outcomes
- Ability to work fast, iterate, and communicate clearly in a remote team
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Klaviyo/Mailchimp/HubSpot or similar) and basic analytics
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with push notifications or retargeting flows
- Familiarity with deliverability basics and list hygiene
- Experience coordinating CRM with paid acquisition and creative testing cycles
- Understanding of product funnels and activation/retention metrics (especially in SaaS)
