Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our clients’ brands to life across performance campaigns, landing pages, digital products, and more. This role is ideal for someone who’s as passionate about clean, conversion-focused design as they are about creative storytelling.

At AdspireDigital OÜ, you’ll work closely with performance marketers, creative strategists, and developers to deliver visuals that don’t just look great - but drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-performing visual assets for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and native platforms
Develop visuals for landing pages, CRM emails, brand decks, and digital products
Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to bring ad concepts and product visions to life
Apply and adapt brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints, maintaining consistency while innovating where needed
Participate in brainstorms, campaign planning, and creative reviews
Work within fast-paced production cycles, balancing creativity and efficiency
Keep up with design trends, advertising formats, and new tools to push creative boundaries

What You Bring:

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work - especially performance ads, web design, and marketing visuals
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva
Understanding of visual hierarchy, user-centric design, and responsive layouts
Ability to adapt design styles to suit different brands, tones, and campaign goals
Comfortable with feedback, iterative design processes, and short deadlines
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (we work across international teams and clients)

Bonus if you have:

Experience designing ads for direct response campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
Experience designing within CRO frameworks (A/B testing, heatmaps, etc.)
Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals or product design principles
