Marketing Data Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to analyze marketing performance, identify growth opportunities, and help teams make data-driven decisions across campaigns, funnels, and customer journeys.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will help the team understand what drives performance across paid media, funnels, landing pages, CRM, and customer journeys. Your role is to translate data into clear insights that support better decisions, stronger campaigns, and measurable business growth.

You will not only prepare reports, but also identify patterns, explain what the numbers mean, and help marketing, creative, and performance teams act on them.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze marketing performance across paid channels, landing pages, funnels, and CRM flows
• Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, retention, and revenue impact
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking systems
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities in marketing data
• Support A/B testing analysis and help evaluate experiment results
• Work closely with performance, creative, CRM, and strategy teams
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Monitor data accuracy, tracking consistency, and reporting reliability
• Help define measurement logic for campaigns, funnels, and customer journeys

What We Expect:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analytics, or digital analytics
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, paid acquisition, and conversion metrics
• Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools
• Ability to work with data, identify patterns, and explain insights clearly
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
• Understanding of A/B testing and performance optimization principles
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams
• Professional English proficiency

Nice to Have:
• Experience with CRM, retention, or lifecycle analytics
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other ad platforms
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience in agency, ecommerce, SaaS, or growth marketing environments
