Performance Marketing Analyst
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to help us understand what drives results across digital campaigns. You will work with marketing data, analyze performance across channels, identify growth opportunities, and turn numbers into clear recommendations for the team.
About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst who enjoys working with data and understands how marketing performance connects to business results. You will work closely with media buying, marketing, and operations teams to evaluate campaigns, identify patterns, and support better decisions with reliable data.
Your role will focus on turning campaign metrics into actionable insights — understanding what works, what does not, and where we can improve efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Analyze performance across paid digital marketing channels.
- Track and evaluate key metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports.
- Analyze marketing funnels and identify potential conversion bottlenecks.
- Compare campaign, audience, creative, and channel performance.
- Support Media Buyers with data for campaign optimization and scaling decisions.
- Monitor trends and identify unusual changes in campaign performance.
- Help evaluate marketing experiments and A/B tests.
- Turn complex data into clear conclusions and practical recommendations.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to improve reporting and decision-making processes.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, digital analytics, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing metrics.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and identify meaningful patterns.
- Ability to explain analytical findings in simple, practical language.
- English at Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid acquisition platforms.
- Understanding of attribution models and customer journeys.
- Experience with marketing funnels and cohort analysis.
- Knowledge of BigQuery or other data warehouse solutions.
- Experience working in a performance-driven digital environment.
What we offer
- Work with real marketing data and performance-focused projects.
- Opportunities to develop both marketing and analytical skills.
- Direct collaboration with media buying, data, and operations specialists.
- Space to propose ideas and improve existing processes.
- Professional growth within a digital-first team.
- A collaborative environment focused on measurable results and continuous improvement.
